THROW_EXCEPTION

Instruct WAN repl. impl to throw an exception and doesn't allow further processing.

THROW_EXCEPTION_ONLY_IF_REPLICATION_ACTIVE

Similar to THROW_EXCEPTION but only throws exception when WAN replication is active. Discards the new events if WAN replication is stopped.

Gets the id for the given WANQueueFullBehavior. This reason this id is used instead of an the ordinal value is that the ordinal value is more prone to changes due to reordering.
