public class ClasspathXmlConfig extends Config
Config
which is initialized by loading an XML configuration file from the classpath.
Unlike Config.loadFromClasspath(ClassLoader, String)
and its variants, a configuration constructed via
ClasspathXmlConfig
does not apply overrides found in environment variables/system properties.
