IOThreadingModel	An abstract of the threading model used by the `TcpIpConnection`.
ReadHandler	Reads content from a `ByteBuffer` and processes it.
SocketChannelWrapper	Wraps a `SocketChannel`.
SocketChannelWrapperFactory	A factory for creating `SocketChannelWrapper` instances.
SocketReader	The SocketReader is responsible for reading data from the socket, on behalf of a connection, into a `ByteBuffer`.
SocketWriter	Each `TcpIpConnection` has a `SocketWriter` and it writes `OutboundFrame` instances to the socket.
WriteHandler<F extends OutboundFrame>	Responsible for writing `OutboundFrame` to a `ByteBuffer`.
