      object - that will be serialized
      Returns:
      byte array that object is serialized into
      Throws:
      IOException - in case of any exceptional case

      Converts given byte array to object
      Parameters:
      buffer - that object will be read from
      Returns:
      deserialized object

      IOException - in case of any exceptional case
